Workout for Charlie #2

Thanks to everyone that came down yesterday for our second workout for Charlie. Your donations were greatly appreciated and it was awesome to get serious about fitness while working out for a great cause!

  1. It wouldn’t have been possible for me to lose weight and gain a curvy shape without following a routine of daily workout and healthy diet. I still visit a fitness blog from where I gather detailed information about healthy weight loss and physical fitness.
