Strength - Over Head Squat:
8 sets of 3 reps - work on technique before going heavy
8 sets of 30sec Hollow Hold

Skill: 
L-Sit

WOD - 5 Rounds:
8 Man Makers
10 Weighted Situps
8/side One legged Squats
10 Cal Row

  2. I wish they had more colors to choose from. Again, if you are a jogger these are for you. I will continue to buy just in case the seller no longer sells these. Don't procrastination buy a pair of work out leggings and try them.
