Strength - Over Head Squat:
8 sets of 3 reps - work on technique before going heavy
8 sets of 30sec Hollow Hold


WOD - 5 Rounds:
8 Man Makers
10 Weighted Situps
8/side One legged Squats
10 Cal Row
