Deadlift Warm-up:
8/6/4 Deadlift - climbing in weight
3x8 T2B

Strength - Deadlift:
6-8 Sets of 3 Reps @ 85%
Between each set-
10 Supermans

WOD:
5 Rounds for time-
5 Burpees
10 Sit ups
15 KB Swings
20 Squats
