Squat Warm up-

Skill:
Jerk/Split Jerk

Strength - Squat:
5 Sets of 5 Reps at 75-80%
Between each set-
8 Box Jumps
12 Jump Lunges

WOD:
5 Rounds-
10/side Split Squats
10 T2B
10/side Slider Lunges
Sled push down/back
