Thursday 9/10/15 "Bear Complex"

Condtioning: 
"Bear Complex"
1 deadlift
1 clean
1 front squat
1 bench press (back rack)
1 back squat
1 back jerk 
= 1 rep 

Repeat x 7
7 rounds
49 reps total

Coaching cues:

Get through all seven reps in each round without letting go of the bar.  You can rest in the back rack position to save your grip.  If the motion feels good let it flow, clean front squat thruster.  If it starts to feel heavy break into pieces.  (Careful with the shoulders bringing the bar behind the neck)
