Labor Day Workout

Monday, September 2 is Labor Day and we'll be doing one WOD at 10:00am. We'll resume regular hours on Tuesday, September 3.

Labor Day WOD:

"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
