Box Squat - 10 sets of 2
1 set a minute

Bench - 10 sets of 3
1 set a minute

Dead - Band Pulls  - 10 Reps - 1 Rep a minute


Use bands or chains to accommodate the strength curve.

40 - 60% of your max.
