WOD ALPHA - FULL POWER

WOD 

Squat 1RM 
Bench 1RM
Dead 1RM

BW  /  Total = Score




After warm up use a rep count, 5,5,3,3,3,1,1,1 to find your squat, bench and deadlift total.  After you find your 3 numbers, step on the scale and divide your total by your body weight to find your score. Highest score wins FC T-shirt.

  1. Full Power Comp July 22, try NOT to miss any lifts just set a baseline of Strength- to train from. Beginners 3 or 5 rep max, scale accordingly.
